4. Orders placed with Oorjaa are shipped within 24* hours. Our standard delivery time is 7-9 working days excluding Sundays & National Holidays.

5. Products marked as "pre-order" are available for immediate purchase but will be shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.

6. Furniture orders are shipped within 15-20 days from order confirmation.

7. We ship orders through multiple facilities – your order maybe split into multiple shipments based on product availability and to reduce shipping time.

8. The courier partner delivering your order cannot process an exchange or accept returns. All returns and exchanges need to be routed through Oorjaa’s Customer Care.

At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Oorjaa is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Oorjaa continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Oorjaa reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
